The sealing system uses military-grade O-rings, laser-welded housing seams, and waterproof cable glands to fully protect internal parts like the stator, rotor, bearings, and windings from liquids, dust, mud, and corrosive agents.

Since sealed motors can’t use air cooling, we’ve built in a high performance water cooling circuit. The motor housing includes a finned water jacket where coolant flows to draw heat away from the stator and rotor. This setup cuts operating temperatures by 20–30°C compared to sealed air cooled motors, helping the motor keep rated output even during continuous heavy use.
